Convenient location to the airport. The facilities were nice with pretty gardens and spas. Didn't get to use the spa since we were too busy with sightseeing, but it looked relaxing. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were many options for breakfast and the food was delicious.

First off, this place is pure magic. My husband and I were flying out of Rome the next day and we wanted one last amazing night in Italy. We found it here! They surprised us with an upgraded room which was amazing! We booked a couples massage and used some of their spa amenities. The hotel grounds are exceptional. We couldn't believe we were so close to the airport because we barely heard a plane. This is the perfect hotel to relax before or after a long plane ride. They offer shuttle service to the airport

Loved this beautiful hotel and really appreciated the large campus inside and out which was full of surprises. The grounds were a treasure box full of special places to enjoy nature or relax in various spas. The happy hour was so relaxed and truly a happy hour for us. A glass of wine, lovely food, music, outdoor lounge chairs - all in the comfort of a spa bathrobe- I felt truly like we were living La Dolce Vida! The breakfast was delicious and the staff - all delightful, kind and helpful. Especially loved Barbara who greeted us and made us feel so welcome!

The Princeps hotel is a simple hotel, nothing luxurious about it, I think the rate was high because of the time we went. First impression was not great, but, we had an excellent stay, first the staff is fantastic, very helpful, professional and kind. The breakfast was above expectations and the actual room was fine, very clean, and good size. So, while the first impression of the place was not great, I would definitely return. Location is great and no noise at night.

Excellent customer service from the front desk, maintenance (A/C help), and breakfast restaurant staff! We arrived in the afternoon and added on the reduced cost of the wellness center and lunch. Both were worth the price, especially considering they included the happy hour with two drinks and appetizers. We had an early flight, and we asked for coffee. They said we could go to the restaurant for a cup of coffee even though we didn't pay for breakfast, which was nice. The restaurant manager was so accommodating. He made us our coffees and offered for us to grab something to go as well. We love the proximity to the airport and the 7 euros airport shuttle cost. Every time we come/go through Rome, we stay at this fabulous hotel.

What an amazing facility! We finished a three week tour of Italy with a one night stay prior to a 24 hour journey back to Australia. The room is incredible, the food is delicious and the spa grounds are a delight. Make sure you grab a wrist band for happy hour. We enjoyed the sauna, steam rooms and baths under the main building the most and despite there being many people, it wasn't an issue to slip into a spare space across all the options. Plenty of drink stations around to top up your water (or a coffee if you need one). Check out online makes for an easy exit and allows you to easily see what additions to your account have been made.

It’s beautiful! So peaceful after a fast paced trip. The grounds are gorgeous. The spa is so cool . So many different water treatments. Happy hour in your robe out in the garden is fun. The restaurant food was great. Breakfast is amazing with so many choices. We were flying home the next morning and this hotel is very close to the airport but you would never know it’s there . It feels like you are out in the country but at a very sophisticated venue. It really was everything I hoped it would be and more. The perfect ending to a wonderful trip.

We had a very relaxing stay at this hotel. It’s located away from all the noise, which made it peaceful and quiet. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. The spa was amazing with lots of rooms and different options to choose from. We also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was delicious and had a good variety.
